• Yeah, the 08G-P4-6173-KB model is for the SC version. I don't know why Best Buy doesn't show it in the title, but the SC version has the 1594MHz clock and 1784MHz boost clocks like the specs show.

• Yes it is, It is also the one with Silent cooling mode, so don't be concerned with it when the fans don't spin up, the engage around 55-60 Celc.
