As with any power supply, that will depend on the size of the case and the available space for the power supply. If you can open the case and measure the power supply you have installed, you can then check those measurements against the power supply you are looking to buy. If opening the case is not an option, HP should have some specifications for you desktop on their website.

Generally, most companies do not take the time to customize that much. The only issues is if you have slim profile one, then it likely a custom, then sorry.
