• This is not wireless for electrical, only for wifi. You need to be fairly close to an electrical outlet. If it's more than 4 feet or so, then you need to purchase an extension cord with the proper connectors to match the power cord that comes with the camera. It is very easy to connect to your wifi. You should be able to find a video on YouTube that shows you how.

• For this device to function properly you need to connect the device to a reliable power source and link this up to your 2.4Ghz WiFi network. You can view the live videos from your device at all times as long as the device is online, if you wish to view the playback from your device, you need to insert an SD card or subscribe to the EZVIZ cloud play service
