• There is an option to mute the camera through Ezviz app on Android. It might be same for iPhone. Open the app Select the camera Tap the setting icon on the top right corner within the app (Camera screen) The first option that you will see is Audio. Switch it off. I hope this helps.

• As long as you don't enable the "Speak" option on the app they cannot hear you when you're viewing the camera. You can mute the audio coming in from the camera through your phone app (iPhone, Android) when viewing the camera on your lower left corner.
