QuestionWhere is the micro SD card slot?

- Answer MYSTERY SOLVED Look at the lens of the camera. And with your thumb, manually move the lens upward and u will see the slot for the opening to the SD card. Open little rectangle and insert card slowly as not to force it in the camera. If it doesn’t go in one way, turn it around and insert it the other. It should click right in. Use no more than 128 g -SD (10). On your phone u may be asked to format card so just Format. After it’s inserted, move lense back.I hope this helps you!

- Answer I am afraid no. Most products are configured to support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network mode; however some products do support 5 GHz. The following products support 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi network mode; DB1, Mini Plus, C6P support 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz. Sports camera S5 Plus support 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz. Router W3 support dual band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. All other security cameras support only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network mode.

QuestionWhat is the length of the power cord. Can the power cord be extended if needed? if yes, What would be the safest cord extension as this would be outdoors?

QuestionWhat Brand SD card y'all using? I've tried multiple brands and sizes, keep getting a format error. Manual says only Kingston brand will work, can't even find those.

- Answer No, you doesn't require a Cloud subscription to record a video. It's your choice. You can record a video on your cell phone by hitting record. You can take snap shots the same way too. You can also use an SD card to record. SD card slot is within the camera that is present on the unit, and gets exposed when using the Privacy Mode.

- Answer It does not come with a SD card. Not sure of the maximum size. I have a 128GB in mine.

- Answer There is an option to mute the camera through Ezviz app on Android. It might be same for iPhone. Open the app Select the camera Tap the setting icon on the top right corner within the app (Camera screen) The first option that you will see is Audio. Switch it off. I hope this helps.
