Yes. My problem has been it records too often. Like if wind is blowing trees it records. If there is a bug flying by, it records. I have too many recordings because the settings don't allow me to specify what I want the motion to detect. You can only set them to less sensitive and more sensitive. Also I'm not real impressed with the range of vision. It's very small. I think 90° . Which really isn't a lot for something out doors. It's about my front steps. But all the way out to the street.
