Is the steelbook brand new and not been opened?. null

The steel book is supposed to be brand new but it was handed to me without of any kind of wrapper or protective case. upon getting home I noticed on the back it had deep gouges which scratched off the painted picture! This could have been avoided if it was packed properly!

It's separate from the game, so new.

It's brand new, and has possibly been opened/examined by a store browser or floor associate. They're not factory sealed by anything other than the imagination.

It was opened when I recieved it please don’t waste your money on this horrid game

The steel book is not shrink wrapped so anyone could open it at any time but there is nothing inside to take. The upc sticker is hard to get off.
