QuestionI have this heater, and none of the lighting function work via the Android App music and volume work fine, but the light is only on Bright Red, and there is no way to make it change to another color or scene

- Answer It sounds like the Bluetooth is not connected completely or may need to be performed again. Please ensure that you connected within the app and again within your Bluetooth settings. If you are unable to get the app to connect properly for the light functionality, please call and ask to speak to the CE help line at 800-724-1377.
