“What type and brand caulk do you recommend using when installing this filler trim kit. Should it be high temp? How thick of a bead should it be? Also is there a side up for this trim kit or it can be installed in either position. Thank you for your time”

According to the Installation Instructions, we recommend using a bead of waterproof caulk to prevent spills and moisture from getting trapped under the filler kit. The finished side of the filler ring should be showing. -Vikki@GEAppliances
