I actually talked to one of the customer service people, they said they would come back on the day of the released of the game.

Customer Care agent: We will keep you updated with the availability of this item, and we highly recommend our customers to click 'notify me' button for this item at Best Buy website. Customer Care agent: Rest assured that BestBuy is doing its best to resolve this issue on the website in a timely manner. * There was no 'notify me' button that I could find, so they just told me to keep checking back. I got an e-mail that said since they canceled my order by mistake, I can re-order using the same e-mail and I will receive the bonus steel book. I keep checking every day and it still says coming soon. :(

Please try again later.there seems to be a lot of contradictory info. i am one of the people whos pre order was cancled and have spoken to best buy multi times about the issue. They sent me a link in an email and told me to pre order through that link again and they would ensure i would get the steelbook. not that i can as the item is still put of stock. they said they were trying to open preorders again and to keep checking the link. Reading the answers on here make me wonder if i was lied to
