- Answer It seemed to have been a glitch. Most people received an email about “adding” a steelbook for free and then shortly after cancelled. So Best Buy is saying a glitch happened and practically cancelled the preorders

- Answer I do. It was added to my order days ago. If not added by tomorrow, would do the chat with them and give them this model number and sku Model:SB2241SKU:6562241. If they cant help online then go into your local store with the model number and sku. If its not on your order you will not receive one. Hopefully you can get one added to your order. Good luck

QuestionWhy is best buy putting the cancelled orders back up for sale instead of addressing the cancellations directly… I missed the restock after they mistakingly cancelled a bunch of orders (mine was in since october). Scalpers will take them before we can. 🙄

QuestionI asked before if someone had the sb attached to their order, someone responded yes. However, I talked to bb today and they said the sb was missing from the system. Not sold out but removed. How?????

- Answer Was able to confirm with friend that some people have the sb on order. Thus is incredibly irritating as i was promised to get one upon preoredrring again. Not yo mention the 50 dollar certificate i am now sol on as i never got it back post refund. Having to give bb 50 more of my money with basically nothing yo show for it is driving me up the wall. I am now in the anger phase.
