Have never had issues preordering from Best Buy before this whole debacle. First I get my preorder taken away. Then I get told that I will get it back when more stock arrives. But that was another lie because it was just another chance for everyone else to swoop in and take the preorders again. I doubt anyone from Best Buy reads these but if they do just know how much of a letdown this whole experience has been.

When I ordered the transaction was pending and disappeared.. The day before release they claimed they couldnt process payment and automatically canceled. Now the deluxe edition is sold out and all bonuses lost. I imagine they were short on stock and decided to cancel orders instead of being honest. Boo Best Buy, Boo!

They can’t fulfill the preorder so they canceled all of the order and told to just buy it again when there are no copies. Worst company to preorder from and they owe people compensation.

I had to shell another 50 bucks gor this game as a result with nothing, no sb even when they promised i would get one upon re preorder, to show for it. I have moved past acceptance and wirked my way right back to anger. Wth bb
