Same happened to me, but was not able to re-order and no real information about what is happening or when it might be fixed and if there are still available.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was cancelled as well without any notification to me. I saw other people saying there's was cancelled so I checked and bam cancelled. I have a feeling a lot of people are going to realize theirs is cancelled too. Best buy is a horrible business and I will not be a customer of theirs again
