• Yes, however it took a few days for Best Buy to email it to me. On the official forum Best Buy stated they received the codes late

• The preorder bonus was a code for the Chocobo Chick summon materia. The code was emailed to me. Might want to double check your spam box.

• I was emailed by Best Buy with a code for the pre-order materia a few days after I received the game.

• It depends on what you pre-ordered Best buy emailed me the code check you're spam folder or call they custorm service
