• Due to the Corona Virus, and most stores that aren't essential closing, the only thing the stores are probably receiving are limited to what was pre-ordered. I could be wrong. My best advice would be to check online the day of release (Friday) or check other nearby stores like GameStop, Target, Wal-Mart, Etc.

• Your question is unclear, you could be at any best buy... and why would it be restocked before release date? It should be available IF you preordered.
