I just received the Limited Edition ($120 version) and there doesn't appear to be anything different with it. It looks exactly the same as the other one, it doesn't say "Limited Edition" anywhere on it. I suppose it's an "LE" because they are printed to order for the March release date, and these are early copies that were released on the market, making them the first few copies ever made. I honestly have no idea, though..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Huge FFVII fan, preordered this “limited edition” immediately and received it today. Difference between $70 version and this = Japanese version available early Feb vs. US release available late March. That’s it. Unless you’re super impatient, just wait :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s the Japanese version. So not worth the increased price
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just spent way too long on the web chat and then eventually calling in just to be told they don't know what the difference is. I was told to get the more expensive one and then if it's the same as the other one (a month later) to call back and see if anything can be done. The only actual difference I can see is the $120 one does say LIMITED EDITION in the heading....... but when you go to the SQUARE ENIX site they only show the cheaper version https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/en_US/product/565560/final-fantasy-vii-remake-and-final-fantasy-vii-vinyl with no option for a LE. I ordered the more expensive one so I should know next week?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
