A:Answer Not only did I NOT get the Pre Order Access Key Code that is clearly advertised, when they did send the launch Digital Key Code after midnight it simply states " Key Code : 0 ". So Best Buy took the money and ran. Contacting customer service was a huge time sink, absolutely no help at all. This is clearly false advertising on behalf of Best Buy, I will attempt fate again in the morning to see if a competent agent is available.
