“I just pre ordered this but do you get the ingame bonus items that we are supposed to get now? Or is best buy not not sending codes out? If not then im cancelling the order and getting this elsewhere”

• Well judging from the chat I just had with a customer service rep, Best Buy is literally just taking our money and holding it in an authorization hold until the day that the product is actually released. So, November 23rd, we will receive our codes.

• They arent providing any type of codes until the night before. I also just canceled my pre order because of this nonsense. It says in the description clearly lol but I was just told by live support that it will be sent 24 hrs before launch lol what a joke

• Square Enix said codes must be loaded on to our accounts prior to November 14, which is early access, in order to get the bonus items in-game. If codes are added after that then you will not get the earrings nor bonus items. So Best Buy needs to send the codes before the actual release date or it will be a total rip-off. I suggest you buy it elsewhere.
