• You're going to get a cloth map and the steelbook that is included only with the Deluxe Edition and/or the Collector's Edition. Whether those are worth $30 is solely up to you!

• Unlike other deluxe editions, it doesn't contain the codes for preorder bonus items. You get a steelbook, which is in a unique style specific to Best Buy, and a cloth map. If I would have known it didn't include the dlc items, I wouldn't have ordered it, but that might not be the case for everyone.
