“Does the Deluxe edition still include the additional steelbook? Went to pre-order and see it only populates on the regular FF16 edition, not deluxe. Deluxe cart just shows the preorder bonus.”

I preordered it a month or so ago and I have three line items on my order, the physical game itself, the steelbook and the preorder bonus content. Each one has a shipping/pickup status listed. If the system isn't automatically adding them to the order, they may be out. You could still have luck with an in game pickup if you are early enough in the day. Just point out that it is meant to be included with the deluxe option and see if you can get one. In my experience with BB and steel books, they just have a large stack of them that the pull from, not necessarily an item that they pull aside and sticker with your name for each order the way they do the games.

Please try again later.I also talked to a customer service person and was directly told that I'd still receive a steelbook even though it didn't populate directly on my order, though it may be shipped separately. So it sounds like nobody knows, but the promo is still up and I figure they'd have taken it down if they've ran out. We really need someone who preordered months ago to confirm how it looks on their order
