Deluxe edition will include: base game, Cloth world map of Valisthea,  the special Clive Rosfield steelbook case and the Bonus digital content which includes: Gil Boost Accessory: Cait Sith Charm - Bonus Weapon: Braveheart.

I can confirm this as I already preordered it and all items are in my list order. It will also include the steelbook case "best buy esclusive".

I noticed that this disc deluxe edition doesn't have the Scholars spectacles as the digital download will have. The digital download will also give you a mini soundtrack as well. I pre ordered the disc but now I am thinking about canceling it for the digital download.

It does from other stores. Best buy has no intention of giving in game bonuses. They want to sell codes separately for in game items.
