“Does the standard edition come with the steelbook if preorder or is it just the deluxe”

• It used to be both editions, then just the deluxe. Was a struggle for me to get mine as I had to argue with 3 managers who all gave conflicting information about how I could possibly prove that I was supposed to get mine. They eventually just gave me one.
