Yes the Fire TV Recast come in both the two tuner and four tuner version. The two can record two shows at the same time and the four model can record four shows at the same time.

Yes if you have a 2 tuner you and watch one and record on one if you have a 4 tuner you cane do any combination of record and watch like record 2 and watch tv on 2 fire sticks
