A:Answer The manual expressly forbids the use of liquid or gel-based detergents. The manual says powder-based detergents and rinse aids are preferred. Gel, liquid, or powder-based pods are also compatible with the unit, but should be placed somewhere in the drum without interfering with the rotating spray head.
I’ve tried gel-based detergents because I’m a renegade with no regard for the rules, and the gel was not fully dissolved either.
TL;DR: Use powder or a pod.
