QuestionI have yet to find a picture of the actual tracker part of it out of the frame. Can someone tell me if it can be used with any other fitbit model bands? Aka..is it just modified version of another model, such as the inspire, I could use that modelbandwith

QuestionThe battery life does not last past one day. It's charged to 100% in the morning and when he gets home from school it's dead, what is the problem? I read the battery should last 5 days.

- Answer My son's only lasts about 3 days. If you're only getting one day I would contact Fitbit and get it replaced.

- Answer Go on the App. Click on the watch picture on the top left corner. Then click on "Clock Faces". At the top select "all clocks", then select "Fred". Enjoy.

- Answer Be sure that your device can handle the latest version of the app. My kindle tablet couldn't upload the latest version, but it easily paired to my Galaxy S8.

QuestionI bought this Fitbit for my 9 year old grandson for Christmas and the electronic piece keeps falling out of the band. Lousy design for active boys. Any solution to keep it from falling out? Has been lost for days until we accidentally found it.

- Answer A smartwatch is able to run apps written by 3rd parties at expense of battery life (usually max 2 days). Some fitbit devices do allow 3rd party development (Ionic or Versa) but with lots of limitations. But in general, depending on the model, you still get things like call/message notification.
