Does it give you any text messages or missed call null

My step daughter was able to get text messages and calls on it. Granted you can't see but maybe 7 words from the text do to the small screen but atleast you will be notified that you have a message or call.

It shows the text message and it also shows when a call is missed for a short second then it erases off the screen.

It does let you know when you receive a text message and a call. Depending on how long the text is you can even read it on your fitbit. You cannot answer calls or reply.

My phone its not compatible to this Fitbit Alta.

If you sync it to your cell. You will feel a vibration and then the incoming call or text message will appear on the screen of the Alta

it does show the beginning of a message depending on length

My Alta notifies me of incoming text messages and also phone calls.

No missed calls, however it does have caller ID when you do get a call. Text messages come through with the ID and the beginning of the text.

The Fitbit Alta provides call, text and calendar alerts when in proximity to your phone and when set to give notifications.
