“I have a Charge an it's fallen off a few times when the clasp doesn't hold. Has anyone had issues with the Alta clasp?”

• Yes, I found the band VERY frustrating when it was very brand new. It seems to be better now, so I highly recommend just working the clasp, off wrist, a lot at the beginning. I have noticed the company is now offering a watch-style clasp, but feel it should be the default for new Altas.

• YES! I had an Alta for about 3 months and wore it everyday, then one day it just disappeared off my wrist. I loved the device but am reluctant to purchase it again if it can come apart so easily. By the way, I was home the entire day cooking for a party so no aggressive behavior that could have separated the band. Wish it had a tracking device like our phones have!

• I love my Alta. I have had it for about a month and wear it everyday. I haven't had any problems with the clasp at all. I had the flex prior and that band/clasp would pop off evey now and then.
