• Sweatproof? Yes. Waterproof? Somewhat. It can handle some moisture (such as getting wet while washing hands), but is not claimed to be waterproof, so should not be worn when swimming.

• yes definitely sweat proof and dirty proof I do all my gardening with this on and all my work outs and it is fine. I have not taken in shower so I cannot answer that portion.
