The tracker is supposed to be tapped close to the edge of the band. When I do this, I have NO problem getting the display to show! This tip was in the instructions I found online!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try tapping the lower part of the screen where the band connects. It's weird but it works better than tapping the middle of the screen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was really hard to tap too. Its something that gets easier as you go. I still have a hard time sometimes but I make sure I only use my pointer finger and it changes pretty easily.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that it works best if you tap it near the lower part of the display.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The display is not a touch screen. Lightly tap the side of the Alta and you should have no problems at all!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can change your settings at your dashboard so all you have to do is turn your wrist, like your looking at your watch instead of tapping.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also noticed this when I first purchased my Alta. I had the Flex before this and didn't notice it being an issue. I've had my Alta for over a month now and I don't know if I have gotten used to how to exactly tap it or if it has adapted to my tap because it is not an issue now. It shouldn't be difficult to tap between the pages.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check the angle that your wrist is at when tapping. I do not have any issues with the interface.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem think it is probably a manufacturer problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can be a bit hard to tap at times. I have to tap it multiple times to see my steps as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
