How do I connect my Alta Fitbit to my phone null

Just download the Fitbit app from Play Store

It may depend on what type of phone you have but when I got mine I turned my Bluetooth on and downloaded the Fitbit app. Once you download the app and set up your Fitbit it will automatically sync with your phone through the app. After that every time you open the app it syncs with your Fitbit to download all new information. If you’ve already done all of this and are having connection problems you could go to settings and shut off your Bluetooth and shut off the connectivity to the app and then turn it back on. Usually that solves connection issues for me. I hope the same works for you!
