• Yes it comes with a charger that plugs right into a USB outlet either on your computer or a wall plug.

• Yes. It comes with the charger which is also a USB cable. It doesn't come with a wall plug but will charge with your computer. I use my Samsung wall charger to charge it using the USB port also.
