• You will have to download the Fitbit app. It requires you to download the app in order to sync it to your phone. Yes it will work with the s6.

• You can Sync it to any Samsung Galaxy phone (and most Android smart phones) using the Fitbit app, but it does not sync with S Health.

• It is compatible with the Galaxy 6S, not sure about the S health. I use the Map my fitness app since it is what my health insurance wellness program uses.
