Yes, it is exactly the same as the S/P black band I got with Fitbit.

yes it is the same size as the small, just look on the pkg and it will say if it is small or large.

The size of the band will be on the front of the box. Just make sure you read that it is small. I personally messed up and didn't read it when I first brought it. The band size I got was a large. Way to big for my small wrist. I went a brought a smaller band in purple. Fits great.

I don't know about the comparison but I purchased the apple 2 for my 12 year old, 80lb son and it fits him very well.
