How big of a wrist does a large fit.? null

My wrist is 7" & I have 3 more notches to tighten. My husband has 8" wrist & still has 4-5 notches left. We both wear the large.

I have a smaller wrist than I thought and I got a large and I can still wear it but have 8 notches to go up to if needed!

I have an Alta HR with large band. At maximum it can fit a 2.5 inch diameter wrist and goes easily around a half-liter water bottle.

The large band is pretty large. I have a medium to large wrist and it can be extended another inch or more
