QuestionCan you set the fitbit to warn u if ur heart rate is to high or to low? When it tracks ur sleep does it show ur heart rate and any movements or excessive movements?My daughter has seizures and I've been told this fitbit Alta HR. Has helped

QuestionI drive a lot for my job, but I still want to keep track of my steps. Is there a way I can do that without the watch getting all confused due to all the driving involved? :-)

- Answer Jeffery, If you cannot get a measurement of her wrist, then I would go with the small. I have what I consider to be a medium wrist and there is extra room on the watchband. Hope this helps this late.

- Answer It depends on the size of your wrist. I used to buy a large but the last one I bought was a small and it worked perfectly well.

QuestionHow durable is it? i train in martial arts and was wondering it it would withstand a little abuse or would it break? like persay i was to block something and it took a kick right to it, would it be alright?

QuestionI have a fitbit zip, but when I tried a fitbit alla hr, they sync together. I know the watch is not accurate on steps.. I want a watch for phone notifications. Is there any way to keep these 2 from syncing so I get an accurate step count?

- Answer Not sure about the sync issue, but your Fitbit Alta gives phone and text notifications, so no watch needed?

- Answer Clean the charging port on back of fitbit. Sometimes it gets long that interfers with contact.

- Answer You need to wear it, otherwise it won’t give you steps and heart rate. When I keep it in my pocket I don’t see the Number of steps. It was ask you to jump occasionally- now sure why perhaps because I have a low heart rate.
