Swiping to the left will display all the daily the progress. Some of the watch faces you can set on them also show goal progress directly on the face
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will display progress with out syncing up to your phone. However if you do not sync it you will only be able to view current progress. For example if you sync it to your phone you can go back and see how you did last week compared to your current week. It will also graph it to help show if your heading in the right direction if you have been slacking.
