• Yes there are many forms it tracks now. I use walk,bike, martial arts, treadmill, workout (a catch all) and circuit training.

• So the Fitbit Blaze tracks has 'Biking, Running, Treadmill, Elliptical, Workout, Weights, and then Interval Workout.' It also has all the other options lesser models (alta, charge 2) have as well. It gives you fitstar which also comes with preprogramed exercises as well.
