• I feel like it is pretty accurate. You will get more steps of you are moving your arm really fast while walking, but if you are standing in one spot brushing your teeth the steps do not go up. At least that is my findings.

• Mine seems to be accurate. I can wear it and swing my arm around and move it up and down or side to side, and the steps don't change.

• Much better then previous models. There will always be some error factor with certain activities but it balances out.

• I've checked while I was walking and tried just moving my arms too and it seems very accurate to me.
