No. No connect, disconnect, or loss of signal notifications.

It’s does work with some features but I feel it could be so much better than it is. As for keeping track of your phone. I don’t think it will sound an alarm when it disconnects but there may be a setting within the Fitbit app that you download for it Where you can turn that feature on. I’m not 100% sure. I would recommend going with a “Smarter” smart watch like the square shaped watch faced ones. Like the Apple Watch
