can you receive text messages or e-mails? null

It will show you have a new message on the display, but you are not able to view the actual message. And it does not show emails either. I had the Samsung Gear 2 before this and it allowed me to view everything and I could even send text messages, answer calls, make calls and a ton more... I'm most likely going back.

Yes you can definitely receive text. Emails I am not sure though

You can receive notifications only.

Yes, I get my texts on the Charge 2. You also get your caller ID. It's great because I don't have to dig my phone out to see who is calling or if I need to respond to a text right away.
