How do you change time zones when traveling? null

Go to the account then towards the bottom of the page you will see settings and you will see advanced settings and you will see the advanced settings. If you click that you will see the time zone. You can choose set automatically or choose the time zone where you are.

I didn't have to change the clock when I changed time zones, but I don't know if it's because it's synced with my phone that automatically changes time zone times.

The band updates the time zones as you travel as long as you have the phone you are using synching to the band. So you need your cell phone (which is synched to the band normally) and the cell phone should be updating normally as you move to the new time zone. It takes a little time to ensure the synch actually occurs but it is fairly smooth once it begins the process.

I believe that the Charge sincs with your phone app and will update automatically. Haven't tested it wirh my charge, but that's how my Alta worked.

I think it updates automatically with your phone - just use your app to sync it, and it should change on its own.
