I would not. Although the band is water resistant steam is way more proficient at penetrating electronics. This is why you should not be bringing your phone in the bathroom when your taking hot showers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wouldn't. It depends on how moist the sauna is. It has a breather hole in the back to tell if you have climbed stairs, altimeter. Moisture would gum it up after a while.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is water resistant, but not waterproof. It can handle sweat, but it is not recommended to submerge it. I sweat a lot when I am on my elliptical or mowing my lawn. My charge 2 has not had a problem with it.
