If you go to fitbit.com/devices, it will tell you if your phone is compatible. They also have a section below that which lets you input your phone's platform such as IOS Windows or Android the manufacturer and then the device model. Do not swim or shower with your fitbit

Please try again later.this does not have the LG G4 as a listed compatible device, but it shares operating system with many of the other phones that are. my wife had absolutely no problem syncing it with her phone. she just followed the steps carefully for another LG phone. works great with Android. check the community board question and answer section for all kinds of useful advice. fitbit.com is the place to start.
