• A:Answer The 5 day tracker resets on Sunday. I work out every day of the week, so by Saturday Night, it shows 7 of 5 days. On Sunday Morning, it shows 0 of 5 days.

• A:Answer Fitbit does not provide a program to sync a device for macOS. There are a couple of programs in the Mac app store, but they are not free. the value of the fitbit app is to sync to fitbit dashboard. There is no other reason to sync to any computer otherwise
