• It keeps time just like my iPhone. Every time I sync the Fitbit with the app on my phone it updates the time to what ever time zone I happen to be in.

• Yes, it automatically updates the timezone. If you are using an iphone and open the app, it updates via the bluetooth sync

• Yes it keeps time, however I have found that it does not change time zones. PDT MDT MST PST
