• I purchased a Fitbit - Charge 2 Activity Tracker + Heart Rate recently. Tried it out for about 7 - 10 days and brought it back when I decided that it was not the one I wanted. I was able to exchange it for a Fitbit - Versa (plus the additional cost) and there was no restocking fee charged.

• I think you can, I exchanged mine for a different strap size and there was no problem. But BB can answer it best.
