• Hi there. Unfortunately, there are no Fitbit watches that are able to provide blood pressure readings. However, most can detect your heart rhythm and heart rate. When you use the Fitbit ECG app, your heart rhythm data is analyzed for signs of AFib. • So it's more pulse versus the other. To better explain it will tract your heart rate and all that. They also have a feature for AFib.
