An MRI is a giant magnet. Depending on the age of the machine, the field may have been strong enough to fry the device. (The older the device the larger the field. Although with those ones, there are clean rooms where you leave your devices so they don't get nuclear armageddoned into extinction.) If your Fitbit turns on, try the reset options. If not, you will need a new device, but try talking to a pro first. Just in case.
