Great questions, Ladygz. The Charge 6 has both a small and large band included in the box. Regarding step tracking, Fitbit's finely-tuned algorithm counts steps by detecting walking and running patterns. Bumpy bike rides might add a small, insignificant number of extra steps. To prevent this, use the Exercise app's "Bike" option or ensure "Outdoor Bike" is set for automatic recognition.
