I would assume that if you are in the 14 day return period, you will can return via Best Buy Policies. (though opened items may have a fee to return, you have to check with best buy). Otherwise, you'd continue to have to work with Fitibit. If you've been burned by them in the past, you may have an allergic reaction to their materials and I would stay away from them.
